Because HighToday is not the merchant of record, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any deal listed here.

2. Returns Are Handled by the Dispensary

Purchases are made directly with the dispensary named on each deal page. Whether a product can be returned, exchanged, or refunded is determined solely by that dispensary's own policy and by applicable cannabis regulations. Contact the dispensary before purchasing if you need return details for a specific item.

3. Cannabis Product Restrictions

Many cannabis products cannot be returned once purchased, especially after they have been opened or leave the dispensary. Always confirm eligibility with the dispensary at the time of sale.
